Based in Godalming just outside Guilford, these climbing coaching sessions can be run at all major Climbing Centres throughout the South East and London. The main centres I work out of are The Castle and Mile End in London and Oakwood and White Spider outside of London.
Climbing Coaching / Training
These are bespoke climbing coaching sessions depending on each client’s requirements and needs, they can vary from general climbing coaching sessions, to specific technique coaching classes and drills to climbing fitness sessions and strength and conditioning training. All sessions come with an overview of technique, mobility and stability of the key areas for climbing.

Climbing Training Programmes*
These are a written programme of climbing sessions / exercises based around your goals and aims. The programs can be written either through a 30 minute Skype of 1:1 conversation or following a physical profiling session.

Injury Rehabilitation / Climbing Conditioning
These sessions are designed to work alongside Health Practitioners or to work on key antagonist muscles, mobility and stability or conditioning to help prevent injury. If you have an existing injury I recommend it being fully evaluated before commencing any exercise.
Watching yourself climb is a useful way of analyzing techniques and monitoring progress and a great climbing coaching tool. Although all session can involve this, this session aims specifically to capture a wide range of movements and skills on camera to help you progress.
Head Training / Fear of Falling
Our mind is often the biggest hinderance in climbing, whether fear of falling, lack of reading routes or climbing strategy. These sessions aim to analyse your climbing, looking at improving how you approach routes, the strategy you use and if necessary working progressively on reducing your fear of falling through practiced strategies and processes. This coaching session is a must if your head is preventing you climbing to your limits.
If you’re planning on climbing on rock this year, whether bouldering, sports or traditional climbing this session can refresh knowledge, working on key rope work skills, risk assessment and strategies.
